I painted this in enamel on an old retired sailboat sail that was stretched like a canvas. I don’t know if this has been done before but I find this new concept intriguing. It’s tricky to paint on but I have to say, it delivers a textural patina that I find to be visually rich!
I chose a traditional style that is executed much like watercolor.
